Poconoland Rentals

Poconoland has five unique rental locations in The Poconos, a favorite stomping ground of ours here at the studio.

We created distinct visual identities and wordmarks for each of their unique properties which function beautifully to distinguish between the spaces, but also harmonize in an eclectic and nostalgic manner when viewed together.

Each wordmark draws inspiration from the history and design of the spaces- ranging from a cedar chalet with Swiss influences to a 1920's hunting cabin converted to a modern getaway.

Additionally, we created wayfinding icons reflective of each space, which help guests to immediately differentiate the five properties in the web presence.

Poconoland’s completely custom web presence captures Jessica and Scott’s story and the distinct beauty of each property.

‍

A scattering of ephemera, and illustration throughout the site captures a personal and intimate quality that the founders wanted to maintain even as they expand their collection of homes.

We created a full line of merchandise for Poconoland, aiming to design items with a distinct nostalgic quality that would be cherished the same that summer camp tee we all seem to have lovingly stashed away in our drawers is.
